Candidate data is never sold. You control what employers see, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
What we collect
Account details, the profile and preferences you provide, resumes you upload, and product usage needed to rank matches and operate the Talent Network.
How we use it
To surface relevant roles, compute match scores, and — only if you opt in — make a redacted profile discoverable to verified employers. We never sell candidate data.
Your controls
Talent Network opt-in is explicit and reversible. A per-candidate audit log shows every employer profile view. You can export your data or trigger a full delete from Settings → Danger.
Retention
Active accounts retain data until you delete it; resumes are kept up to 24 months while active. Account deletion triggers a full wipe across primary, analytics, and embeddings within 30 days.
