Filter on skills, seniority, function, geo, comp band, looking-status, and freshness. Profiles are redacted until a candidate accepts.

Each message names the role, why this candidate, a comp ballpark, and links a posted job. Generic templates are blocked.

50 outreaches per seat per month at launch, one candidate at a time. Response-rate visibility rewards quality over volume.
