Candidate Privacy Notice
How we handle the personal information you provide when you apply to roles or opt in to the Talent Network. Candidate data is never sold.
Scope
This notice covers personal information collected when you create a profile, upload a resume, apply to a role, or opt in to the Talent Network. Information you submit elsewhere on the site is governed by our general Privacy Policy.
Automated tools
We use automated tools, including AI, to organize applications, score matches, and surface relevant candidates to recruiters. These tools assist our team — they do not make final hiring decisions. Where required by law, you may request human review of, contest, or share your view on a decision based on automated processing.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, location); experience (title, education, skills, work history, resume/CV, references); demographic and work-authorization information you choose to provide; interview and assessment records; and other details voluntarily submitted, such as preferences, willingness to relocate, or desired compensation. Information must be true, complete, and not misleading.
How we collect it
Primarily from you. Where permitted by law and for background checks, we may also collect information from your named references and prior employers, educational institutions, publicly accessible professional sources such as LinkedIn, and third-party background-check providers.
Sensitive information
We are an equal-opportunity employer and do not discriminate on protected grounds. We ask about race/ethnicity, gender, or disability only for equal-opportunity monitoring, and only where permitted by law. We do not infer protected characteristics. Please avoid submitting sensitive information unless legally required.
How we use it
To process and assess your application, complete reference and background checks, communicate with you, keep hiring records, comply with legal obligations, and — based on your skills, experience, and stated preferences — match your profile to current and future roles. With your opt-in, a redacted profile may be made discoverable to verified employers.
How we share and transfer it
Access is limited to personnel with a business need. We share information with employers evaluating your application and with vetted service providers (hosting, recruiting tools, background checks) bound by contract to protect it. Transfers may cross borders, including to the United States; for transfers from the EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice or as required by law — typically through the application process and any ongoing relationship. You may request deletion at any time; please keep your own copy of anything you submit.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, a copy, correction, portability, restriction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent, and may object to certain processing. To request human review of an automated decision, or to exercise any right, contact us. We may verify your identity before responding.
